This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Principle

This website sets no cookies (except after logging in to the customer area, see below), shows no advertising and does not follow you across other websites.

Fonts and images are delivered by this website itself, not by third parties.

Hosting by Infomaniak in Switzerland

The website is operated by Infomaniak Network AG in Geneva, in data centres in Switzerland. When a page is opened, Infomaniak processes technical data that is needed to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the page opened, and details of the browser and device.

This data is stored briefly in server logs to ensure the operation and security of the website.

Customer area, approval and payment

Only when a customer logs in to the customer area does the website set a technically necessary session cookie. It contains the username in signed form and expires after 8 hours or on logout.

I store change requests with their date in order to work on them. On approval I store, as proof, the date and time, the username, the version of the terms, the IP address and the details of the browser.

Payments in the customer area are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and Stripe Inc., USA). Stripe processes the payment details directly; I receive no card data. This data may also be processed in the USA.

Visitor statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics

To improve the website, Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare Inc., USA) counts the page views. The service sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and creates no user profiles.

The data processed are: the page visited, the referring page (referrer), the type of browser and device, and the country. This data may also be processed in the USA.

Contact form and sending by Resend

If you use the contact form, I process the details you enter: name, business, industry, phone, e-mail and message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry.

The details are not stored in a database of this website. They are sent to me as an e-mail through the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). They stay in my mailbox for as long as this is needed to handle the enquiry and for any work together.

To limit misuse, your IP address is counted for a short time in the working memory of the server. It is not stored permanently.

Bot protection by Cloudflare Turnstile

The contact form is protected against automatic requests with Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc., USA). The service is loaded only on the contact page.

For this, Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address and details of the browser and device, in order to tell people from programs. This data may also be processed in the USA.

Phone, e-mail and WhatsApp

If you call me or write me an e-mail or a WhatsApp message, I process your details in order to answer your request. For WhatsApp, the privacy terms of the provider also apply.

Your rights

You can ask for information about your personal data, and for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over. To do so, write to me at the address given in the legal notice.

The supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
